What Are Cohorts?
A signal is only as good as the people behind it. Five hundred complaints about balance looks like an emergency. But it may be a false alarm if the complaints came from a noisy minority.
Cohorts lets you segment signal by who is in the conversation. Group your players by role, time in the server, activity, sentiment and more, then read any signal through those groups.

Building a Cohort
There are 2 ways to build a Cohort with Accord.
1) Ask Accord AI to build a cohort with based on filters you need.
2) Manually create a cohort with Full control of your filters.

Filter authors by their messages classified with a specific topic
Intent
Filter authors by their messages with a specific intent
Message Contains
Filter authors whose messages contain specific text
Activity
Message Count
Filter authors by their total number of messages
Channels
Filter authors who have posted in specific channels
First Message Date
Filter authors by when they sent their first message to the community
Last Message Date
Filter authors by when they sent their most recent message
Message Date Range
Restrict which messages are considered for topic, intent, volume, and other message-based rules
Membership
Role
Filter authors by their Discord roles
Community Status
Filter authors by their community membership status (Active, Left, Kicked, Banned)
Joined Date
Filter authors by when they joined the server
Left Date
Filter authors by when they left the server
Banned Date
Filter authors by when they were banned from the server
Kicked Date
Filter authors by when they were kicked from the server
From there, every read you take can be split by group.
